As brianajones pointed out this is not your list. I know on your list you must keep friendly to improve your chances of getting permission for your files. Here however that limitation does not apply. This is not the first time or will hardly be the last that WotC or more approriately Hasbo will be critized here. The great thing about ENboards is that we have a chance to express our opinions as long as they do not offend Eric's Grandmother. If you want to defend WotC and Hasbro great I would love to hear it, but you should not be saying that this discussion should not happen here. Many people legitimately feel that Hasbro is going the way of T$R and to try to stop us may be approriate on your boards but not here. There have been some great discussions of this topic already with certain ex-employees taking the WotC is being run by the bean counters position.
Is WotC talking with PCGen - Yes
Does the PCGen team say they are hopeful - Yes
Do I believe WotC is negotiating in good faith - NO
Do I believe that WotC will string this out for many months - Yes
Is WotC going to punish you for what happens here - I doubt it but if they do it only proves my point.

So since this is not the PCgen list and since I own all the WotC books already I will second the request from James McMurry. I too could use a copy of the updated lst files for 4.x so I can finally upgrade from 2.7.3.
