A reward from a deity?

My players recently released the imprisoned gods of life, planning, and (to a lesser extent) magic at 17th level. Their gifts were:

God of life: 2 points applied as a racial bonus. Anything you can put 2 points into. The common decision was fast heal 1 and a stat point.

God of planning: 2 stat points that can be placed in int or wis, also a racial bonus

God of magic: not so much freed as awakened, each player has the god's sigil embedded on their right forearms. When they hold the sigil aloft all present know if they speak the truth. Of course, they are required to testify that the god of magic has returned. (BTW: at least one creature has attacked the party trying to cut off an arm for the collector's value)

I'll note that I gave these a gp value similar to getting a +5 stat book for purposes of keeping track of the party's wealth.

27th to 29th level... Have they considered a career in the exciting and wonderful world of godhood? They can earn followers while working from home in their spare time. There are many portfolios available, for example:
God of Dental Assistance
God of Flute/Mandolin Repair
etc.

Alternatively to a portfolio, they could just create a new silly race and become their "racial god", which is a very popular occupation. Unfortunately they have to create it first, because every single species in D&D seems to already have its deity...

A fondue set. Nothing special, its like the disappointing wedding gift. Or the 4th toaster as a gift at a wedding. Lathander thanks you with a fondue set (which he just picked up in Waterdeep on the way over)

Yes! Maybe another elven sub-race would do the job (who hasn't noticed the need for more elven sub-races yet?).

That is actually a useful tool, I can cook at least 3 different recipes with that. Tho not exactly useful in D&D, unless it's vorpal perhaps.
