A suggestion re: subscription notification

Just noticed my paid account had expired when I logged in and could not search.

If possible if would be good to get some advanced warning via the registered email on when an account is about to expire.

In my case things are tight financially right now so I am left without the means to renew my account for a couple of weeks. I could have avoided the issue with some advanced warning.

That's exactly what's supposed to happen. Except that often it doesn't. But we don't know why.
