Admantine Costs

Can someone tell me where the chart below came from, 3.0?
The 3.5 DM doesnt include the last 2 lines regarding weapon damage costs.

If someone has etools 3.5 tool set can they check to see how that calculates 1d8 and greater weapons.

Well, in 3.5, Adamantine doesn't provide a non-magical enhancement bonus like it did in 3E; instead, armor provides DR, and weapons bypass a lot of hardness...

I assume then, that 3.0 adamantine dident bypass hardness? I think i like 3.5's better.

No; just the 'natural' enhancement bonus.
