My impression:
While it has funny quotes and such, I was pleased to discover the book was not just for laughs, and managed - imho - to both cover the less serious, fun aspects as well as the gritty reality behind the "pretty woman" notions some people have of prostitution.
If you are running a grim and gritty (or just a little bit more realistic, more mafia, less "steal like robin hood") Thieves Guild campaign, this book offers solid rules for running a brothel, which can be mined for ideas even if you do not use them as rules. That was very well done.
The character concepts and prestige classes were, imho, about average - though I rarely use prestige classes, so take that with a caveat. Again, I will mostly use them to get some ideas and adventure/NPC inspiration.
The art was good. Not too raunchy or tasteless, but living in Europe I have much less of a problem with naked human bodies than most US citizens seem to have.
I sorely missed bookmarks in the file, and if something comes out as a pdf, a version where the text was not using 2 collumns would be very much appreciated, since that would be much easier to read on screen.
All in all a good buy, which will see some use as an idea source in my campaign.
