[sblock=Incarnation]You're insight tells you that the halfling is telling the truth. You also pick up that he's scared not just of your group, but scared because he spilled that information.

You also believe that the half-orc knows far more than she is saying. She seems to purposefully keeping herself separate from the others.

Clearly they have been using fake names.[/sblock]

"What ya think the operation?" A dwarf growls back at Dane. "The Gearhouses pay us to play the crew, set things up, then they fight the merchants. We get paid good and we see goblins stab each other. Good deal, I say."

Gobins stab each ot'er. Hmm dat is a good deal . . .

Dane withdraws himself for a time being as he seems to be confused by the resent series of events and motives behind them.

"Swear by your god." He says sternly.

-''I can swear for myself. And you better believe most these guys have no intention of testifying anyway. This guy in particular will probably be too busy eating babies, for example.'' Hadrak says, pointing to Sheng.

-''As for dropping the charges, I give you my word I'll lean on my employers to have them dropped. No promise it'll work, but it'll help greatly if I have good arguments. I need them to be very grateful if I am to succeed... That's the best offer I can give you, and if your answer is no, well, it's been nice knowing you, I'll get back to my duties.''

Rurdev walks to the female half-orc and sits beside. "I h-h-hope your wounds aren't t-t-too severe. I tried to g-g-go easy on y-y-ou. If you want m-m-mercy, you've got to h-help us."

"We've telld ya like it is to tell." Replies one dwarf to the group. "I dunno what else to say, sides maybe the goblins were planning to do something tonight. Waiting and preparing they were, but I'm told you took care of them already."

The half-orc for her part seemed insulted by Rurdev's words but tried to cover it with a solemn expression.

"I would like an answer to my question." She says. "Where is the tiefling?" There is definantly something about her that makes you think she has more to say.

OK, straighten this out for me. You were there to attack the goblin and its ilk that were under the stage that you worked on top of for a couple of days. You knew there was a warforge under the stage, yet unaware of floating lights, constructs & an a mechanical goblin. The goblin was talking about your gang. Two volitle parts ready to go at each other, separated by stairs yet nothing occured until now.

These circumstances don't add up or you were in league with the Goblins of Baccarate. Am I missing anything or would any of you like to clear up my statement.

Sheng frowns at the half orc interruption. He had the sensation the halfling would have told him where he hide his cookies when he was a child if he'd have ask him.

He regains his composure again, and states smiling "Dead. He was not very cooperative, so his usefulness proved not enought to assure his well being. I take you are all much more communicative." Sheng frowned "His soul tasted... like charcoal" and frowns his face in disgust.

Intimidate and Bluff, both a 29 At least I'm lucky (and useful) in skill challenges!

OOC: In case you missed the reply

"What? No!" The dwarf yells at Dane. "We worked for the Gearhouse Gang, the goblins hiding under the stage. You work for the merchants of Baccarate! We knew about the goblins, the warforged and the lights!"

The half-orc shakes her head at the outburst.

OOC: Voda, I saw that post. The Half-or ran an insight check against you and does not believe you.
