OOC: Remainder of the PCs turn

Max challenges his twin but ignores the nearby betraying Draglin, who strikes out with a sword and pulls back the warlord.

[sblock=mechanics] eDraglin gets an AoO vs Max, HIT and slide 1 square (Max is Immobilized for the rest of his turn) Max MISSES
Auntie Mab will go

@johnmeier1

I have a question about Tempest Dance. The targeting wording is ambiguous and when I asked on the wizards forums the answer people came up with "was ask your DM". :)

Tempest Dance
You lunge from enemy to enemy, giving each a taste of your weapon as you pass.
Daily Martial, Weapon
Standard Action Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier damage. If you have combat advantage against the target, the attack deals extra damage equal to your Dexterity modifier.
Effect: You can shift 1 square and repeat the attack against a second target. You can then shift 1 square and repeat the attack against a third target.

Published in Martial Power, page(s) 9.
So my question is, can it be used against the same target? Dual strike states that the second attack is used against a different target, and in the power Rain of Blows, the 3rd attack says it can be used against the same or a different target, but in this one it just states a 2nd and 3rd target.

Now it is powerful if it can be used against the same target, but it has no miss line, dex users would favor lower [w] weapons, and the +dex to damage is situational. Rain of Blows gets 3 attacks (without the shifting and the dex/str extra damage) and it is a level 3 encounter power.

OOC: Go ahead and post. Luinnar, my read says different targets BUT I don't' want to handicap you, so if you save it for the next (final) encounter, it can be used against one target in that one ;)

The huge swarm that is the evil doppelganger of Devinihm swirls around many heroes. Auntie Mab ducks out and attacks the creature in the middle of it's form. The other Mab cackles "Oh, dearie, I think that one isn't as much dear Auntie Mab as me" as she moves towards the corridor and disappears from the view of some.

Max from the tangled feet shouts Mab, follow up with a hit but she misses. Dante steps up to himself and wraps chains around his legs only to dance aside and move over to the far corner. There, Devinihm is cornered by himself and attacked from two sides.

Jonathan and Draglin surround Max at the words of his double, both attack him and Max calls out his vengeance upon Jonathan, with Mab rushing up to knife him in the back. Max winds up on the floor but will not fall unconscious!

[sblock=mechanics] Auntie Mab will use Sly Flourish on eDevinihm, since he seems to be the target of choice HIT for half damage
eDevinihm will use his aura effect on Draglin, Dante, Virgil, and Max, 5 psychic and slide up to 2 squares
Rolling recharges (eDevinihm does not, eMax does)
eAuntie Mab will move to E33 and do a Close Burst 3 to daze Draglin HIT, Jonathan MISS, Virgil HIT, Dante MISS (due to second wind) and become invisible to them
eMax will use a close burst 5 that allies can shift 2, then an area burst 1 on Virgil MISS Jonathan HIT Max MISS and eMab that makes them grant CA and eMab gets a free basic attack on Draglin MISS, Save?
eDante will attack Dante with restraining chains (actually +14 vs Reflex, HITS Ref 25) restrained (save ends), and he shifts 1 square away, then moves
eDevinihm moves around to threaten both Mab and Devinihm, attacks Devinihm Will HIT and Devinihm is -2 to all Defenses (save ends)
eJonathan attacks Max HITS, Max uses Vengeance is Mine HITS, Auntie Mab moves and HITS
eDraglin attacks Max HITS, second attack HITS and Max is knocked prone (at 1 hp!)

OOC: A couple questions: evil Devinihm seems to be in two places on the map, one of them occupying the same square as furniture? Which position is correct, and if the latter, I'm assuming that provides him cover?

Also, what's the "i" on the map?

OOC:
Doesn't eAuntieMab need to save vs Immobilized before moving? And if she did, she is still in Jonathan's zone, so he gets a chance to immobilize her again, right?

Ensnaring Shot Attack (At Will Opportunity Close burst 1 ✦ Primal, Weapon, Zone)
Requirement: The Ensnaring Shot power must be active in order to use this power.
Target: The triggering enemy in burst
Trigger: An enemy enters the zone or starts its turn there.
Attack: +12 vs Reflex
Hit: The target is immobilized (save ends)

Devinihm, wilden druid

Devinihm's swarm spins erratically, dodging past the doppengangers flanking him to charge the false warlord. While evil Max likewise dodges, the roiling mass of insects isn't done yet. A chunk of the swarm spews forth, covering both evil max and evil Draglin, biting them mercilessly, and as they are distracted, Devinihm takes yet another swipe at evil Max, a mass of stingers finding a home in him, pushing him back with their onslaught.

[sblock=actions]Move/Standard: to H35, charging evil Max (no OA for movement due to Badge of the Berserker)

Special: This power can be used as a melee basic attack

Savage Rend Charge vs. evil Max Reflex;damage (1d20+9=14, 1d8+6=8)

Action Point: attack, Swarming Locusts vs evil Max and evil Draglin

Swarming Locusts (At-Will Standard Close blast 3 ✦ Beast Form, Implement, Primal, Zone) Druid Attack 1

Attack: Wisdom vs. Reflex
Weapon: Magic Staff +2: +8 attack, 1d8+6 damage
Hit: 1d8 + Wisdom modifier (+4) damage. Level 21: 2d8 + Wisdom modifier (+4) damage.
Effect: The blast creates a zone of swarming locusts that lasts until the end of your next turn. While within the zone, enemies grant combat advantage.

Swarming Locusts vs. eMax; vs. eDraglin; damage (1d20+8=28, 1d20+8=23, 1d8+6=8)

HIT eMax, not sure about eDraglin, for 8 damage. Both grant CA TENT for being in the zone now. Extra attack from Max's Bravura Presence:
