[OOC: Font of Life roll=1d20=14 So, no immobilize for Rujah!]

Rujah snarled as he was struck, but he shrugged off the other effects of the blow, grinning viciously as he prepared to retaliate, chasing down the kobold that struck him as another struck him in passing, his anger apparently to all.

[sblock=Gensai's Mark]Nevermind. Any target I would have picked would have been within 5 squares of Rujah. His marking supercedes mine.[/sblock][sblock=t-roc]Did you meant -B20? If not, get the heck back here! :P We need to focus our fire. I don't want you to get surrounded out there.[/sblock]

Riardon

Riardon steps forward, unsure what to do. But as the dragonborn charges into the enemies, he conjures a chilling cloud to at least distract the kobolds from hitting him.

"Focus on the kobolds? Ok, if you say so!" With that, Mervin takes a quick step back and then conjures a large ball of flame next to the two closest kobolds. As it appears, a lick of flame arcs out and burns one badly. Both seem too close for their own comfort...

[sblock=ooc]move: shift to -E19

[sblock=tactics]So really, avoid the dragon? Because I have a TON more stuff I can do, especially as they are all bunched up! Let me know what the plan is, but until then I will hold back (or if there is no plan, in which case I'll let loose).[/sblock]

[sblock=ooc]Dude, don't antagonize the dragon. :) He's not fighting us--at least not yet.

I'd like Fenwick to get into a position to where he can charge at that channeller.

1) He's far enough away from others that Fenwick can charge him without taking lots of OAs.

2) Fenwick can actually hit him, rather than going +9 vs. AC 22.[/sblock]

[sblock=%$@!]Firefox ate my post, and it was a doozie. I'm going to have to redo this later tonight. Sorry.[/sblock][sblock=WD,BB]Riardon and Ben have moved to the same square. The two of you need to resolve this.[/sblock]

[sblock=tactics]Agreed. Right now, if we can keep the kobolds fighting the dragon and vice versa, it gives us an advantage. Once we deal with the kobolds, we can see if the dragon is friendly or not.[/sblock]

Rujah rushes forward in an effort to draw the enemy’s strength. When he finally takes his bearings, he discovers that the ruse worked a little better than he had planned.

The koblods engaged with the dragon cast looks of disgust and annoyance at the warden, “Ssssstupid oaf! You’re getting in the wa-Look out!”

At that moment, the dragon cranes his neck down into the crowd where Rujah is standing and roars. Though Rujah is not frightened, he finds that the kobolds are pushing him around so that they can avoid his gaze, which by default falls on the warden. With ferocity, the wrym rips into Rujah, managing to claw his way through the dragonborn’s thick, hide armor. A hapless kobald, in the wrong place at the wrong time, also gets caught in the raging claws, and is nearly ripped to shreds.

One of the other kobolds calls, “Sssstop the giant’ssss meddling!” Seeing what Rujah’s interference has cost them, the kobolds round on the warden, pounding him to a bloody pulp. The dragonborn falls and darkness takes him.

The battered kobold seeks easier prey, running back toward the teleportation circle and dealing Gensai a cheap blow to the back that cuts deep.

Yet another figures that if he can distract Mervin enough, it might do something about that ball of fire that burned his friends. Though the attack doesn’t seem to quench the fire, Mervin feels the force of the dragonkin’s blade.

The rest concentrate their energy on the dragon, climbing the chimney to get at his perch. Most of their attacks strike true but do little, until one climbs up from behind and pins the dragon’s talon to the rock with his sword. The dragon howls, and beats its wings in a vain attempt to get airborne, “You’ll pay for that storm slug!”[sblock=Nature DC 10 (rolled)]The dragon’s voice sounds female.[/sblock][sblock=Insight DC 10 (rolled)]The kobolds are more concerned with the dragon than they are with you. [sblock=Insight DC 15(same roll)] If you do not attack them or interfere with their efforts, they are not likely to attack you. [sblock=Insight DC 20]Better yet, if you help, they may thank you for it, monetarily or otherwise.[/sblock][/sblock] [/sblock][sblock=Actions]
