20 or higher: Spend a healing surge. When you do so, you are considered to have 0 hit points, and then your healing surge restores hit points as normal. You are no longer dying, and you are conscious but still prone. If you roll 20 or higher but have no healing surges, your condition doesn’t change.

Doesn't need to have your 2nd Wind so good news for you. You're no longer helpless.... lucky for you no coup de grace[/sblock]

Not sure if that changes who was hit and what not, but if B1 dies (and since I'm conscious now) someone can benefit from my pact boon: adjacent ally gains +2 all defenses TENT. B2 isn't cursed by me... [/sblock]
