Ok, I've gotten caught up with the thread (and laughed at the back and forth bickering a few times). So you're party way through a huge skill challenge (Current tally is 6/12 successes, 2/3 failures.). A guide has agreed to take you into the forest and a path was about to be searched for to take you deeper into the woods, north of the town, and past the woodsman camps.
