Erik,

Good cause if one more thing happens today that I don't like, I'm planning to air raid Seattle in a big way.

It'd be nice to see a hardcover AoW out there, but I don't know if I'd actually buy it when it came down to choosing between that and something altogether new.

Also, with regards to WoTC publishing adventures? I'm all for it, because it means I get Expedition to Castle Greyhawk, FR super modules and all kinds of other goodies. If the third party companies can't compete then I'm afraid that's their look out...it's just business.

Since Paizo is starting their own line of modules later this year, I'd like to see AP4 printed just as modules, not in the magazine, to avoid this issue. At this point, they've got a track record we know we can rely upon for quality. OK, they'll lose the rights to some monsters and some IP, but so what? I'd like to see them knock this ball out of the freaking park and produce an AP that'll be available in perpetuity.

I'd rather see them still part of the magazine personally. Of course, I can only speak for myself with any authority, but I wonder how many of us would drop Dungeon if the AP were to vanish from it's pages?
I know I would.

Send,

I'll remember to tell you that the next time you try to find a job and someone doesn't hire you because "It's cheaper to get someone unskilled."

Honestly I don't mind the Expeditions and the FR stuff. I just want them to STOP DOING the other stuff, like Red Hand, and a few others that honestly aren't a) that good or b) necessary to support WotC's bottom line.

Also a AoW HC is way better than a shiny WotC. Well most of the time.

Phil,

See I didn't a) chance it and b) didn't know about the Shackled City HC. Even after I did, I figured, "it's not a sure thing for an AoW HC."

Erik already said they are just saying "not now." At least I think he said that.

Unlike some others I don't announce it unless I'm sure its true.
