Ahsoka - SPOILERS

I only know the Rebels characters from playing the mobile game, Star Wars : Galaxy of Heroes
...but even without knowing much of the backstory I’ve been enjoying this show a lot.

I hope that Star Wars gets back to making movies soon, they seem to be on a winning run with Visions, Andor and Ahsoka all being top quality (at least to me)

I’m predicting that Ezra dies next week or early in the movie. Really disappointed as he acted like he was a character in a nick at night super hero show instead of the confident kid from rebels

The big cameo was awesome and space fights were good but the lightsaber fights were slow and not as good as movies or movies that have sword fights

What I really hoped to see is a flashback action sequence showing Ezra and Thrawn arriving at Peridea and Ezra making his way off the ship. This could extend to include Thrawn meeting the Great Mothers, and Ezra meeting the Noti.

I guess it might happen in next week's episode (not likely). Slightly better odds of it showing up in season two and/or the film, but I am not holding my breath. :-/

Heh. A thought did occur to me at breakfast.

An entire series covering the 10 years in the new galaxy. The writers get a pretty much blank slate to develop material. Completely new area to color in. I could totally see a three or four season series based on this.

I just watched the one where Sabine finds Ezra and refuses to tell him anything.... Are we watching the same show? She's one of the dumbest SW characters ever, and that's saying something.

Well to be fair:

  • He's an adult. Very few adults still act like they did when they were a kid.
  • He's been away from his friends and loved ones for 10 years.
I doubt anyone under those circumstances would be the same as you remember.

Is it known from previous material why the Great Mothers would be subservient to Thrawn or is that something that has yet to be explained?
They appear to be in pretty desperate need for transport back to the Alpha Quadrant galaxy, along with the contents of those sarcophagi.

They may have used night-sister magik to summon Thrawn in the first place.
Historically Thrawn has been shown to be quite charismatic, and often inspires loyalty in others.
Thrawn has an invincible secret weapon: politeness.

With that a d the New Republic is stupid I think it's to get Thrawn over as a viable villain.

Luke or Ahsoka would chop him into pieces basically.
