Angel 02/11 Spoilers

Willow will make a cameo in one ep from what the news release said.

And I like the Willow thing but I'm thinking that either Fred or Wes knows the spell to put the soul back but they need his soul that is in the bottle to do it. Recall the mention of one of the key ingredients needed to cast it that was mentioned in the ep.

Even if Wes or Fred can replace Angel's soul, they can't do it when the soul is lost to them. When Willow replaced Angel's soul before, in season two, she did'nt require Angel's 'bottled soul' if I recall correctly and she did this when she was just learning witchcraft. Now after her years of experience, she is much more powerful now. The reason Willow will be on Angel will be to replace his soul after Faith subdues him. After this happens, Faith will follow Willow back to Sunneydale to help Buffy deal with the First. This will happen by Willow doing a spell to consolidate the two Slayer lines into one, leaving Faith as the 'Chosen One'

I have to dissagree. Willow was able to cast the curse which gave him back his soul. The soul wasn't there after the curse was broken. This time, the curse was never broken. The soul was extracted. That means that Angel's soul is still there, just not inside of him. The curse won't work again because Fred mentioned that the Orb of Thesilus (key ingredient for the curse) will only work if the soul has moved on to "an afterlife or something." And yes, Willow could find another way but her magic hasn't exactly been the most reliable thing as of late nor are souls something that are easily manipulated from what I can see.

I very well could be wrong, but I'm just going with what the show is saying. :) I'm hoping that it is not something that any of us could figure out so easily. It just isn't giving Whedon and crew enough credit.

Close, but not exactly.

What's going to happen is that Faith is going to subdue Angel ... at the cost of her own life.

Then one of the chosen will become the next Slayer and help Buffy defeat the First.

Really?

Can you please post a link to or name the source of where you got this information?

Thanks.

*bzzzt* Wrong answer, but thank you for playing.

We know that Eliza Dushku will be in the last 5 episodes of Buffy.
