Angel 1-29-03 (Spoilers)

About halfway through, I was thinking, maybe the spell worked, and Angelus is just screwing with them so he can get the sword and then go join his buddy the 8 foot magma demon. But no. So by the end, I was totally fooled.

I was thinking that too until he saved Cordy. That was very un Angelus like.

But now TRUE havoc will reign...cause you know no one can cage a vampire like Angelus forever. Unless your the Initative and have goverment backing to ensure you have soild plastic wall around the bars and a way to send blood down.

Angel comes on Thursday night for me.

I sat their watching, thinking it was Angelus faking being Angel all the way! Damn, damn, damn!

Even said to myself, during the fight, boy that was anti-climatic, figured the big bad was going to be around a little longer! Damn, damn, damn!

This week's ep was 4.10. According to IMDB she shows up in ep 4.13. That would be in 3 weeks I guess. They give Feb. 19 2003 as the air date as well...

No. The Faith episodes of "Angel" will now air March 5, March 12 and March 19 and someone from Buffy will be appearing on March 19 as well.

There will be no Angel episodes on Feb 19th and 26th. Apparently, the WB will be airing the last two episodes of Birds of Prey at those dates.

Yes, that makes a great deal of sense. Let's pull Angel out during Feb. sweeps and replace it with a show we didn't want to pick up for a full season. If Birds of Prey was so bad, why show it during Feb sweeps??????

I swear, I think the WB is just trying to destroy Angel just because they are still upset at Joss for taking Buffy to UPN.

Actually, the WB could have kept buffy but they didn't want it. UPN bought the rights because the WB had Smallville coming in that season and the shows were so similar that they thought they would have the same success that Buffy had and not have to pay so much for it.

That was my understanding of the situation. I could be wrong.

Yep, basically they just didn't want to pay what it would have cost to keep the show.
