Kheldar grunts in frustration. . . Here he had hoped to at least unnerve the paladin a little by appearing behind him. . . But no such luck. . . The man didn't seem rattled at all.
Oh well. . . I suppose he's like me, it takes a lot to surprise hi-Aah!
Kheldar jumps at the sound of a girl's voice directly behind him. Who could it be? He spun on his heel and dived both his hands into his cloak.
"You?"
Kheldar blinks at Melynxt.
For goodness sake Kheldar!. . . Last night has left you a bit jumpy.
Kheldar lets go of the daggers hidden in his cloak and tries to regain his composure.
"Ahem, you should never startle a gentleman like that my lady. . . I. . ."
Oh hell Kheldar, you already look like an ass. . . don't make her look like one too!
Kheldar smiles.
"Please forgive me, Melynxt was it? I'm ah. . . a bit edgy as of late. . . Ahem* It's a pleasure to meet you. . . My name's Kheldar Devaentar, not-so-ticked off rouge at the moment. Don't feel bad Mely, I can't tell ya how much having you come back here has improved my day!"
Heck, improved my week. . . My luck seems to be getting better. . . Now if only I can talk to D'win and Leetah. . .
"I just saw you by yourself and thought maybe you could use some company. . . But if you're needed somewhere don't feel as though you have to stay. . ."
Kheldar gestures to Kat, Trystan and Khaira.
". . . We were just talking about a quest this paladin here is about to embark on. . . I'd be happy to join in Kat, but Trystan's in charge. . . If he says he doesn't need a larger company. . . Well, I guess I'll stay out of his way. . . What is the name of this gang anyway?"
