Anti Helium

Well, they're not the only option. As I recall, the Romulans use nice, safe singularities.

Hah! You're buying into Romulan propaganda. Talking on a non-elemental scale (i.e. larger than 10 to the -8th m) you would describe anti-matter particles in this matter-dominated universe as singularities.

My brain is melting! can't we just speak electronese? "number 14 ga cu wire in a residential wiring use can handle a maximum of 15 amps."

An anti-matter particle is still just a particle. It obeys normal physical laws of time and space. They aren't special, except insofar as they are rare around here.

A singularity is a place where Einsteinian Relativity has a mathematical singularity - where one divides by zero, and the laws of time and space have a snort of whiskey and do a nice little.

The two are, simply put, not alike, no matter what scale you're talking on.

I don't understand why everyone is so against anti-matter particles, how will we ever create warp drive technology without them?
Don't be silly. Warp drive is sci-fantasy, not sci-fi. You need to live in the real world.

Eventually we'll discover the Prothean ruins on Mars and have Mass Effect drives.

Just a thought, what color is anti helium? I'm not talking hypothetical colors that happen in a computer model, I'm talking if you run it through a spectrometer to see what kind of light it gives off when it vanishes into nothingness.

If you mean its atomic emission lines (like if you put it in a tube and hit it with current to light it up like a neon light), it would emit the same frequencies as normal helium... so kind of yellowish/greenish I guess.

If you mean what color would the "flash" be when it hits some matter and annihilates, that would be way up in the gammas, so it would be invisible to the naked eye. And even invisible with clothes on.
