D&D 5E Antipathy/Sympathy - Clarification about "Ending the Effect"

Hello to everyone! I've great doubts about the spell Antipathy/Sympathy in the part of the text called "Ending the Effect". I copy and paste all the spell text, for convenience, and then I and then I show my questions.

Antipathy/Sympathy

8 enchantment
Casting Time: 1 hour
Range: 60 ft
Components: V S M (Either a lump of alum soaked in vinegar for the antipathy effect or a drop of honey for the sympathy effect)
Duration: 10 days

This spell attracts or repels creatures of your choice. You target something within range, either a Huge or smaller object or creature or an area that is no larger than a 200-foot cube. Then specify a kind of intelligent creature, such as red dragons, goblins, or vampires. You invest the target with an aura that either attracts or repels the specified creatures for the duration. Choose antipathy or sympathy as the aura's effect.
Antipathy. The enchantment causes creatures of the kind you designated to feel an intense urge to leave the area and avoid the target. When such a creature can see the target or comes within 60 feet of it, the creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened. The creature remains frightened while it can see the target or is within 60 feet of it. While frightened by the target, the creature must use its movement to move to the nearest safe spot from which it can't see the target. If the creature moves more than 60 feet from the target and can't see it, the creature is no longer frightened, but the creature becomes frightened again if it regains sight of the target or moves within 60 feet of it.
Sympathy. The enchantment causes the specified creatures to feel an intense urge to approach the target while within 60 feet of it or able to see it. When such a creature can see the target or comes within 60 feet of it, the creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or use its movement on each of its turns to enter the area or move within reach of the target. When the creature has done so, it can't willingly move away from the target.
If the target damages or otherwise harms an affected creature, the affected creature can make a Wisdom saving throw to end the effect, as described below.
Ending the Effect. If an affected creature ends its turn while not within 60 feet of the target or able to see it, the creature makes a Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, the creature is no longer affected by the target and recognizes the feeling of repugnance or attraction as magical. In addition, a creature affected by the spell is allowed another Wisdom saving throw every 24 hours while the spell persists.
A creature that successfully saves against this effect is immune to it for 1 minute, after which time it can be affected again.

Here are my questions:

1) The sentence "If an affected creature ends its turn while not within 60 feet of the target or able to see it, the creature makes a Wisdom saving throw” allows a creature to make a Wisdom saving throw multiple times on different turns of the same combat every time it ends its turn while not within 60 feet of the target or able to see it?

2) The sentence "On a successful save, the creature is no longer affected by the target and recognizes the feeling of repugnance or attraction as magical" means that on a successful save a creature is now no longer affected by the spell and the creature is immune from Antipathy/Sympathy for all the 10 days? Or it is immune only for 1 minute (here is the reason for the final sentence)?
3) What does it mean "In addition, a creature affected by the spell is allowed another Wisdom saving throw every 24 hours while the spell persists."? When does a creature must make the Wisdom saving throw every 24 hour? It makes this second save on its turn immediately after failing the first? The ninth consecutive day the affected creature can makes 9 additional Wisdom saving throw?

Unimportant
1) Any round the creature is in the necessary state (ends turn not within 60 feet of the target or unable to see it), the creature gets a saving throw.

2) Immune for one minute with knowledge of the magical effect.

3) Every 24 hours, regardless of other opportunities, the creature gets a saving throw.

Fundamental to answering your question is that the spell creates an aura affecting creatures that can see or are within 60' of it.

While a creature might do things in multiple turns of one round, it only has one copy of "its turn" that it can end each round.

The effect can resume if a creature sees or moves back into range of the aura... but not for 1 minute. That gives a creature that saves 10 rounds to get out of sight and range.

At the end of each 24 hour period, the creature gets one saving throw. That is on top of any saving throws triggered by losing sight and moving out of range. This is less relevant to Antipathy, where creatures naturally seek to leave the range, but very relevant to Sympathy, where creatures want to stay in range.

What defines "Intellect Creature" though? If its straight up Intelligence, Orcs only have 7 (-2) on average. Is it a known language? If that's the case, Blink Dogs have their's and with their Intelligence of 10 (+0) could count. With taking into consideration that a Goblin is an example given and they have an average Intelligence of 10, does this mean anything that has a negative modifier would not work on them (like that warband of 10,000+ Orcs going to swarm the settlement. Would that mean the single 8th level slot would be better suited for a different spell instead?), which would be... meh.

This is purposely left up to the DM, but I would say anything of at least intelligence 6 (ape) would qualify and perhaps down to int 4 (baboon)
