Anybody in contact with CMG (e-Tools)?

I'd like to update the $150 worth of 3.5 data sets I bought a while ago, but the site isn't letting me log on, and e-Tools customer service is ignoring my emails.

Anybody know how I can get in touch with them?

Well, it's CMP, not CMG.

You need to get ahold of Mynex. He'll need your purchase info and then he can get you settled round. (mynex at codemonkeypublishing dot com)

I'll ask him to look at the e-tools e-mail link too and see if it's broken somewhere.

They've had some server issues awhile back, so
accounts were messed up a little, ie logins. but they
should have all the old info, also , there are only
two people running the show right now, so
cs might be a little on the slow side.
If you have data sets that were up to
date as of last november, that's the
newest ones, as wotc let the contract
lapse in prep for the DI.
