Anyone planning to go to GenCon 2003?

Will try and do GenCon 2003 in the US if I can raise enough funds for it (cost me $800 just to get there and home again), will do GenCon UK this year however

Huzzah! Last year there was an ENWorld game with 14 players, hopefully we can top that this year. Not sure S'mon will approve if I ask him to DM it again...

I'm going to be there, and I'm bringing a huge SWRPGNetwork posse as well. Almost all of our staff will be attending, and we've got guys flying in from Fresno, CA and New Zealand!

I must reccommend going to GenCon for anyone who wants to work in this industry. Something invaluable I learned from Owen K.C. Stephens and my own experiences at GenCon 2K3 is that attendance is a MUST for freelancers; you have to have those face-to-face meetings to make some good contacts.

In that case Moridin, I'll try to go, I've just gotta see about the budgeting of money. Anybody from JErsey know how much it'd probably cost for plane tickets there and back, and hotel accommodations?

I'm definitely hoping to be at GenConuk next year. But there's no way I'll get across the Atlantic.
