Yep, I'll be there, though it looks like I won't have anyone to watch my kids this year, since the date is different and my mom won't be off work. So the wife probably won't make it this time. (And she's not happy about it...maybe in 2004 I'll stay home and she can go.)
Denise and I and the gelflings (Chrystine & Genevieve) will be there again this year for the Indianna gig. Denise & I will also be making the roadtrip to Origins again, without the girls.
I'll be there again, don't know our booth number yet, but I'll spend most of my time at the LI booth... when I'm not at the Ennies or avoiding the paparazzi....
In that case Moridin, I'll try to go, I've just gotta see about the budgeting of money. Anybody from JErsey know how much it'd probably cost for plane tickets there and back, and hotel accommodations?
You could probably save money by driving. Parking in Indy isn't too pricey, compared to East Coast standards. And if you're willing to drive a bit (like say 20 minutes) to the hotel, I'm sure you could find something for around $50 a night. On the other hand, if you want to stay in one of the downtown hotels, you're talking about $175 per night for a room. Of course that's single occupancy. Sharing would be cheaper.
The hubby and I will be going - and we might have talked a pal and his wife into going for the first time. The new location looks neat. I do hope GCLLC works out a decent con rate on the rooms though.
