This is more about the song than the show, so I'm hoping this thread is more at home here here than in the TV and Movies forum. Ahem...
Anyone ever see that episode of Garfield and Friends where they do a musical episode about the ants ruining their picnic?
After some hefty Googling, I found out that the episode was titled "Picnic Panic" and was from season five. I also found out that it was so popular that they did a sequel episode in season seven, titled "Another Ant Episode" that reprised most of the music (though one new line, "we're the ants you met last season", is wrong, since it was two seasons ago).
I really want to hear this song again, but it seems impossible. There's only one DVD collection of the show currently released, and it doesn't have either episode on it. Likewise, most webpages barely seem to know of the song, and none that I've found have complete lyrics (the most I've seen is a line or two). Considering that I saw only a fragment of that episode quite a number of years ago (at least ten), I'm working off almost nothing here.
The lyrics I've managd to find online are just the refrain, such as it is (and these could have minor errors - the ones from the above link are corrected here by me to more closely match what I remember):
We're the ants who steal your dinner.
We're always here to mess up any day.
When we're around you're bound to get thinner.
'Cause if we get the chance we'll taaaaake your food away!
Does anyone happen to have a copy of that episode or (by some miracle) some sort of recording of the song?
