My party has:

a 7 Wilderness Rogue. His only real magic item is a bow that gives +1 to Ac when it is being used.

7 Druid. Only really neat thing is a necklace that allows her to speak adn understand almost any language.

7th level mounted fighter. +1 ring of protection.

6th Barbarian. Flail that +1 vs giants only and +1d6 acid damage on giants only.

They have a bag of holding, a staff they don't use and aren't real interested in (they were sent to get it) and a few healing potions.

They are really coming into their own with tactics and power. I have plans for them to face a Baddie wiht a bow of distance. I am wondering what magic in the way of AC and Weapons you would provide. :)

For the group, hard to say.

The rogue maybe some unbreakible returning arrows so he never fears running out of ammo

The Druid has a very useful item already, but something like a staff of the woodlands is always good

The mounted fighter I'd go with a figurine of wonderous power that can be used as his mount. That way he can always have it.

The barbarian I'd go with tribal headgear that always him to call forth barbarian hordes like once a year or so.

That's a low magic party if I ever saw one. At this stage, I'd suggest pretty much anything. At 7th level, your druid has 4th level spells, and if they don't have an 18 wis, they're missing out on a bonus spell. So, a +2 wis item would be really sweet there.

Other than that, hard to say. Bracers of defense for the rogue. Maybe a +2 weapon for the fighter/barbarian. Magic shield perhaps. Gauntlets of strength, perhaps.

Your magic level is very low. If you plan on keeping it this low I'd recommend thinking about that fact when you design encounters (and I'd possibly recommend give an addition level based save bonus and a class defense bonus to AC).
