I'm trying to put together a PrC for a valet wizard, using the Loremaster as a basis. This is for a wizard that is the valet to a ship's officer.
I would like to hear other peoples comments on how to balance it. I've tried to create it in a way that a Bard, Sorcerer or Wizard could qualify for the PrC.

Edit: Might as well make use of these new topic graphics to indicate what version of the rules this PrC was built for.
