Are Solo PbP Games Uncommon?

Well, I personally don't like Eberron. Don't much care for changelings or warforged. That being said ...

I would be willing to DM a solo game. I am preferential to my Hombrew World of Enigmatica. Interested - see the link in the Sblock in my sig. As far as recruiting goes, I'll give Kaodi preferential treatment in enlistment. But if the interest isn't there and someone else is interested I'll take that into account.

World Info (and very basic maps) are in the link in the sig. Anyone interested, I'd really prefer that you read through enough of one or both of the games that I DM just to get a taste of my DMing style. If it is a solo game ... you'd best like my style of posting. I'm not trying to bring glory to my games, just want to make sure you like how I post.

If you are really desiring to immerse yourself into the game world, feel free to read my Story Hour (link also in the sig). The Story Hour is heavily draconic in theme ... I like dragons :D ... and what they can do to a world. :]

As far as posting rates go, I guarantee one post a day, but I log in as much as 5 to 10 times on a typical day. In a solo game, I guarantee that if the player posts, I'll post when I next log in. I post from Eastern Standard Time Zone, for what it's worth.

Anyway, thought I would offer.

Darkness Under Cold Stones is pretty cohesive with 5 characters, though we haven't really gotten very far yet.

I've never played a solo game, so I'm open to trying one. Having two or three players is an interesting idea too. The game would really have to be tailored to the characters with that.

There are a couple of Star Wars games run by shadowbloodmoon that started out as one but the characters got separated and now it's one solo game and one game with four players. Sorry I'm too lazy to post links :p but they're Called "Out of the Frying Pan" and "DRK-1X and it's Mistress". I guess he kind of copped out on the second title.

Nonlethal Force

That is kind of you to offer, but if I decide to vie for the spot in such a game, don't give me any special treatment. I need to earn my spots, thereby honing my elite skills in the process. Now that the Living Eberron is picking up, and I'm ostensibly starting my own solo campaign (which I welcome you all to try out for if you like), I think I'll see how I can handle things before I want to commit to anything else. If you were to set up the game for someone else though, that would make me happy to see someone else was getting that chance.

Very well, it was simply that - an offer. I hate to see someone wanting to play and not given the opportunity and as it were ... you were the one who asked. But if you are indeed starting up your own adventure then I hope you do have fun with that!
