Armies of the Abyss.

In fact, "I'd buy that for a dollar" is the slogan heard on a television commercial for prostitutes that's one of many such commercials interspersed throughout Robocop. Later, one of the character snorts cocaine off the naked breasts of one such whore, and says (his nose white with drugs), "I'll buy that for a dollar!"

At Erik's house, that scene is known as the greatest moment in American cinema.

Heh. Can't argue with you there. Watched this recently. Wonder if my players will realize that one of the antagonist NPCs in the game is a clear rip-off of Clarence Boddicker. Even call him 'Vonnecker' just for fun... =)

And yeah, the reviews sound good. I think I'll have to go pick up Legions just for Planescape sake...

I just confirmed with Chris that we're going to be able to put up an Armies of the Abyss preview. Fingers crossed that I can get to it before we take off for the GAMA Trade Show on the 18th.

Ha ha, beat that deadline by a full week. The Armies of the Abyss preview is now up on our website. Head on over to www.greenronin.com and check it out. There's one demon prince and one nasty demon to wet your appetite. Enjoy!

Choirs of Heaven

Ok, so... When are you going to publish this, and I dont want to hear that never is an option. I mean, come on, all these new great fiends need to have thier polar-opposites to war and sceme against.

And, by the way, if the Armies is as well done as Legions, an early congratulations and job well done is in order... but if you do not do a Choirs then I shall retract that last statement. :D

Well, here's the thing. Traditionally, books about angels never sell as well as books about demons and devils. DMs can use books full of evil monsters as ready foes for ther PCs, but books full of good celestials aren't as immediately useful.

For us to do that book, the right author would have to give me a good pitch on how their book would succeed where others had failed.

All that said, I think you may be very interested in our August release, Book of the Righteous. We'll be releasing more details on that in a month or so.
