Barbarian (Berserker) Martial power question?

In the "Players Options: Heroes of the Feywild" There is one sentence in the Berserker class that implies they can't use Martial powers while in Berserker Fury on the bottom right of page 44 it says "Additionally, since you can use martial powers only when you are not under the influence of your Berserker Fury, you should consider multiclassing into one of the Strength- or Dexterity-based martial classes and picking up or swapping in a power from that class."

No where else does it mention not using Martial powers while in Fury mode. So is it a rule or a typo?

I don't know the answer. (Sorry to be unhelpful.) But it's probably relevant that the berserker's martial at-wills become primal when s/he is in a Fury. That somewhat pushes in the direction of "no martial while Furious".
