D&D 5E Barbarian preview!

I have to admit, his sartorial choices do kind of throw me. It's the pants really.

Why is he wearing chaps over what appear to be diamond embroidered pants? He looks like a lego figured assembled from different world kits. Or maybe he just killed a landsknect and took his trousers? Perhaps he comes from the Zapp Brannigan school of war and just reallly likes velour?

From the waist up he looks fine. From the waistdown he looks like a cowboy go-go dancer.

Just my 2¢

I don't think those are chaps. I think it's all one piece, with quilted padding along the inseam for cushioning while riding a mount.

Lets just hope they aren't assless

That's rediculous, we can have beardless dwarvern women, african american swordsmen, horizontally challenged female japanese warriors, conservatively dressed females, half-orc paladins but we draw the line at transvestite barbarians?

Speak for yourself. Those voyages are long and cold.

I always thought the fur speedo look was ridiculous for a Barbarian.

Art aside, I can't wait to see the meat of the class. d12 is great. I want to see where rage ended up after the last playtest.
