If you're grappling you can....

Move
You can move half your speed (bringing all others engaged in the grapple with you) by winning an opposed grapple check. This requires a standard action, and you must beat all the other individual check results to move the grapple.

Given this, and given the following information about movement...

Moving
Moving out of a threatened square usually provokes an attack of opportunity from the threatening opponent. There are two common methods of avoiding such an attack—the 5-foot step and the withdraw action.

Benefit
You may make a number of additional attacks of opportunity equal to your Dexterity bonus.

Generally it seems that way. Just remember you still are limited to one AoO per enemy for the entire move even with combat reflexes.

Thanks. (I had forgotten about that part of AoOs too.)

Also, when escaping a grapple:

If you escape, you finish the action by moving into any space adjacent to your opponent(s).

That would also provoke from anyone who threatened the original square, correct? If two enemies were flanking the square you were grappled in, would they get their flank bonus on the AoO?

Good catch. I would not enforce that, but RAW sure seems to consider it movement.

Since AoO's work off leaving the square, the enemies would have the flank bonus.

Rules of the Game says yes, you can:

Move: You can move half your speed (bringing all others engaged in the grapple with you) by winning an opposed grapple check. This requires a standard action, and you must beat all the other individual check results to move the grapple. Even if you win the opposed check (or checks) you must be strong enough to drag the combined weights of all the creatures you're moving. Your movement provokes attacks of opportunity from foes that threaten you. Likewise, the creatures you drag along also provoke attacks of opportunity from foes that threaten them when you move them.
