Richard, I'm thrilled that you got some use out of it. I got three excellent sessions out of her, and she finally fell during our last Saturday game of the year. One of my PC's is a spiked-chain weilder and will be able to forge her body-chains into a weapon capable of harming the final foe.
If you're interested, I've attached my revision of D.Prime and Nurn. Again, heavily modded. I'll spoil the specifics.

Nurn: is a sneak-attacking machine. I loaded him up with PHB2 feats and a keen rapier. He can flank from unusual positions, critical-hit a good percentage of the time, and sneak attack on a crit. He's been a blast to play. He's got the Robillar's Gambit feat from PHB2 as well.
"Nightmare Dragon" I played out as its own mini-boss battle as a manifestation of Dreamer Prime's consciousness. I took the original idea of a triceratops, fully advanced its HD and applied the Half-Dragon and Dream Element template to it. The Dream Element template appears in Dragon #287 in an article by Bruce Cordell. I think it should have appeared in this adventure but must have been cut for whatever reason. The "inured to energy" feat is from Savage Species, I believe, and adds 10 points of energy resistance to a creature that already has it.
Sleep golems I envision as fused masses of sleep particles. As such they are slowed by water attacks (turns them partially to muck) and invigorated by lightning (charges the particles)
Dreamer Prime herself draws her spells from a number of sources. I allowed her to have spells from the shadowcaster section of the Tome of Magic, and I wanted to try out some of the more complex spells from the PHB2 and Complete Mage. All together she should have been a terrifying sorceress who disabled the PC's through movement, ability score attrition, and negative energy effects.
It didn't quite work that way. My PC's had buffed with Mass Spell Resistance from a cleric with a bead of Karma. I had not given her the "Assay Spell Resistance" spell from the Spell Compendium and so she ended up spending all her time dispelling. There were too many PC's and her complex spells took too many actions to be effective, something I hadn't considered beforehand. She was still a tough opponent but it was her minions (golems and tigers) that really slowed the PC's down.

Anyway, have a happy new year and hope your games continue to go well. High-level is HARD to really do well.
