And the batmobile still bugs me, but I understand the need for an urban assault vehicle. Nothing else has seemed a bit disappointing (I'll have to hear the Batman voice more to swear to that fact, though.)

As for the batmobile: that reminded me of "Dark Knight Returns". And that's not a bad thing.

Star Wars. Batman. Fantastic Four. War of the Worlds. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Wow, this is another insanely cool summer for movies!

I'm looking forward to it. The preview looked cool, and seems to show they are not going with typical batman look and feel. At this point in the series, deviation = good.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory looks like a complete mockery of what it should be. Blast! I was looking forward to it, until I saw the previews.

Apparently the Dahl family didn't like the first movie, and wanted it to be more like this one seems to be.
