Battletide and Haste Stacking?

Would the extra partial action from the Spell Battletide stack with the extra partial action from Haste, thus giving you two extra partial actions? (Battletide is in MoF p.80)

The spell doesn't say anything about it not stacking, but I wanted to see if there is some obsure rule I am not aware of about how many extra partial actions you can have.

The closest precedence I know of is that Speed and Haste do not stack as per the Sage. So, I'd be inclinded to say that Haste and Battletide also do not stack.
