For us, it was our deep dive into Midgard and that was awesome.

If I wasn't wedded to Ptolus/Praemal, that's what I would have done. In the end, it was portable (swap the kobold ghetto for a lizardman ghetto, etc.), but it did involve some work. And my version of the vampire kingdom is going to be very Swedish death metal with impenetrable forests where the sunlight almost never reaches the forest floor, which should be very scary.

There are a number of well-regarded Eberron books on DMs Guild, including a bunch written by Keith Baker.

The best one for me is Pax Elfica, at the moment unfortunately only available in French. But this campaign is really extraordinary.
