Beyond the Rerisen Tower(DM Iron Sky, Judge: renau1g)

OOC: ..uh, a militia got that RRD (#5) already..you'd need to CDG on him (can't do that with a charge)..in fact, I think all the RRD are at least dead at this point..yea, RRD4 and 5 taken down on Fredrock's turn, RRD4 CDG and RRD3 taken down on Toeto's turn. Storytelling down on fredrock's turn and CDG by Kaz. two motes killed as well so far. Leaving Mote 2 the only thing up, if I counted right.

OOC: Really!? Didn't see that. Dang! Eithal's useless against the motes until they come down from 5 squares up!

Oh well, I retconned her actions, so she just makes her way over to the thing. She charged because I wasn't sure if the trees were DT, but I assumed they were.

Looks like I'm going to have to wait for the motes to make the first move.
 

Return to the Tower, Round 5

The necrotic energy holding the Storytelling finally isn't enough to bring the ravens back. Unfortunately, the last mote breaks apart, channeling its dark energies into the ravens and bringing a few dozen of them back. After lashing out at the group a final time, the ravens are beaten and blasted apart, only a handful of the hundreds flying back into the forest.

GM: We'll assume that everyone surrounds and CDGs the Storytelling repeatedly next turn, destroying it and penalizing it enough (-5 per CDG) that it can't make it Rerise save.

The few surviving militia slump down, too overwhelmed by the horrors they have witnessed to even cry. Mason winces as she bandages her wounds.

Fredrock takes a deep breath after the undead are finished off, seeming to get some of his stamina back. Well, that's taken care of, lets get into the tower quickly...shouldn't stay out here longer than need be.
OOC: This was the 2nd encounter today, so we get an AP correct?
