Yup. Its a pretty strong feat as tactical feats go. It's not in Shock Trooper territory, of course.

Doesn't fly for the same reason an item of permanant True Strike doesn't (well, one of the reasons, anyway) - the spell's used up on your next charge. You'd have to re-activiate it before each charge you'd want to make.


Other than that, yeah, sure. Just name the guy Den and have him gather an army to drop a floating city whose name starts with T and you're set.

Which book is this from? Seems to me the feat should add bonus damage (either plusses or damage dice), perhaps even scaling with level. That's a lot easier to control than hoping the character isn't going to be a giant, abuse polymorph magic, etc.

Nah, to be fair, controlling whether or not a character's playing a giant would be easy to manage.

Player: "So, can I play a giant?"

DM: "No."

The other stuff you're kinda on your own for though, granted.
