Book Imp question

So the Book Imp familiar can be turned invisible until the end of your next turn as a free action. Does that essentially mean that it can be kept invisible constantly, as long as you continue to use free actions to do it? Or would it have to reappear before you can disappear it again?

"Deceptive Move: As a minor action, you cause your book imp to become invisible until the end of your next turn."

It's a minor action, not a free action, i would rule that if you spent a minor action before the end of your turn that the imp stays invisible..

Yes, it would remain invisible. Technically what is going on is you're applying the invisible condition twice.

So, round 1, you apply the invisible condition until end of next turn.
Then round 2, you use the same ability to apply the invisible condition until end of next turn. Compare durations, one is 'end of -this- turn' the other is 'end of -next- turn'. So the game treats the second effect as the only one applying, and forgets the first one exists.
