Now I have to start watching the weather -- after 3 weekends of rain, I'm going to die of guilt if it's nice on Saturday...but at least I can stop by my grandparent's in Wakefield & drop off a Mother's Day card.

Retail Zombies

The setting: Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY. One of the top three largest malls in the Northeast and one of the top ten largest malls in the United States.

You'll see them in full on Saturday, but here is a little more info for the pregens for Retail Zombies.

You've got two character types in All Flesh; Survivors and Norms. Survivors have higher attributes, more qualities, and more skills than Norms. That doesn't mean playing a Norm isn't fun, just that they have to be a little bit more creative in how they reduce the zombies into goo.

The pregens:
James the Coffee Beanery Barista (Survivor) - Barista by day, gamer by night.
Amanda Susan Hayes the Usher (Survivor) - Lazy Engineering student.
Jay the Mallrat (Survivor) - DDR king and mall lover.
Enid the Gothy Verizon Kiosk Saleswoman (Norm) - Angsty unrequited love of the Barista.
Britteny the Hooters Waitress (Norm) - Former cheerleader, now drama major.
Manny the Dairy Queen Lifer Manager (Norm) - Has the power to lord over the Dairy Queen part timers.
Hunter the Mall Security Guard (Norm) - Keeper of Law and driver of golf cart.

Oooh, Crossgates Mall - a very scary setting. I hope we don't have to interact with that damned talking moose head outside Bugaboo Creek Steak House...

The characters look great. If we can, I'd like to put my name in for either James or Manny.

Yes we will. I'm going to be getting ahold of a good number this week, but I expect I'll need more. In all we need something like 16 chairs.

Although i know playing Britteny would be a blast, my ego just won't let me consider her seriously.

All the others seem fun, although i know i'd have the most fun with Enid. But i won't hog her if someone else is dying to mope around the mall for 4 hours : )
