Quarion Holimion, Elven Druid
Shortly before they entered town, Quarion bids Garma farewell. Though Garma is more intelligent than other wolves, he is still... a wolf. And commoners are rightfully afraid of him. Quarion rubs Garma behind the ears and tells the wolf that he'll be called in the morning. Garma bounds off into the woods.
As the party approaches, Quarion says, "Let it be noted that we arrived at Dawn... at dusk." He looks at whoever's sitting next to him. "That sounds foreboding."
While Aletheia speaks with the children, Quarion ponders what their reactions would be to Garma. Would they think the wolf interesting, dangerous? Or would they be apathetic, as human children so often are? And what would Garma think of the children? He is a fierce beast, but like Quarion, he has a soft side for young creatures. The elf hangs back, allowing Aletheia to question the children, though silently thinking that nothing valuable will come of her interrogation.
When the others suggest finding the inn, Quarion says, "I will accompany you to the inn, for the gathering of information. But when it is time for rest, I prefer the wilds."
