Quarion finds nothing more, even when he looks underneath the body.

The party then moves back to teh central chamber and let the two Elissian symbols meet. The lines that ouline the symbol on the wall light up with a warm golden light and a partion of the wall dissapears where the symbol was, granting entrance to a space behind it.
That space is a round chamber, thirty feet across. It's walls, floor and dome ceiling are constructed from white marble. In the center of the room is a round pool with, semingly, water. The edge of the pool is formed by a rim with a silvery gleam.

Other than this the room seems empty.

"Okay, presumably the Druids expect that only other Druids could make it this far, since no one would think to put a bird in the lantern without understanding the Druidic. But I guess someone might have been using magic to understand it, so there could be a guardian in the water or the like. Heck, it could be an elemental in there or something. Let's proceed with caution. If it seems safe, Mordik can look for anything else interesting, or for other exits. If all else fails, maybe the once-dried berry bush will react differently to this special water. Certainly if it is holy water, we may want to grab some to toss on any other imps we see."

"To me, this looks like as a ritual, given that the symbol neded to open the door was so readily available. Why, if anyone wanted to keep the pool secret, would leave the means to enter this room unguarded? Simply hiding better the Elysian symbol would have kept us out of here, barring the destruction of the fresco door. To me, this means we just have to continue playing the druids' game - something must be done with the water, let's hope Quarion hears any other clue." says Odno.

"We haven't heard a clue yet, unfortunately. It still seems really gimmicky that we were required to loot their own dead as part of the path to proceed, so who knows. All I know is that Eanos and Mordik are pretty amazing at fighting, or at least I've been impressed by their outstanding combat skills, so they might want to head in first, all things considered."

"I don't think they required us to do anything. The corse simply had the needed symbol, which I presume were, or could be, common in the ancient past. It may be the case that this symbol was merely conveniently at hand."

"Considering that we found outside many tainted creatures and even devils, and none of them here, I also think this place is somehow shielded against them."

"I would definitely agree with you save but for the fact that the entrance to this place was a devil-summoning altar from which a devil opens the path."

"Nuances. There was an altar, and when an animal was sacrificed there we could see an imp who knew how to open the door; it doesn't logically follw that the original purpose of the stone slab, much less the entire building, was to consort with devils, or even that the devil was actually called - it could be the case that it was simply hidden or waited invisibly." replies Odno.

Quarion looks to Mordik and Eanos, seeing if they will acquiesce Alli's request. If not, he will volunteer himself by entering the room. Once inside, he examines the water in the pool. He makes sure not to cross the silver circle. He also examines the silver, to see if it is painted, or powder, or inset metal.

"Lady, is your vision still capable of finding magic? If so, does the pool radiate anything that you can see?"

A slight smile flits across Eanos' face. "Who knew one of the gifts of the gods was such a talent for flattery," he says playfully. Then his features return to their usual stoic facade. He readies his sling and nods to Mordik, saying, "Shall we?" then enters the chamber.

"Lady, is your vision still capable of finding magic? If so, does the pool radiate anything that you can see?"

Mordik nods and follows along with Eanos into the chamber.
