(OOC: Wouldn't it be great if she had that skill  Lawful Evil Outsiders are just about the only thing she wouldn't try Diplomacy with instead, including Chaotic Evil Outsiders (who knows, Chaos could appeal to Chaos maybe) I can try it untrained--you roll it because you know the super secret circumstance bonus. If there's any way she could use Diplomacy or Bluff instead, of course, she'd prefer it ;))

(OOC: Oh, I know they do--the only thing she has possibly said that would use Diplomacy is that very last bit, in fact, where she mentions that it's probably getting something out of both sides anyway, since her Intimidating wasn't getting anywhere. If the last bit is what got the circumstance bonus, I'll take the Diplomacy if you'll give it. If it was something else, I'll go for Intimidate--hey it's worth a try ;))

ooc: indeed, indeed. I just wanted to know which approach you preferred.
The imp inches towards ali and shows its razor sharp fangs "Listen mortal wheter i feast on your flesh now or upon your immortal soul later is of no concern to me. You get to choose now however. Let this deal be done and we all go our ways before it gets nasty.. and bloody."
ooc: ali is quite impressed (read: intimidated) by the devilish creature. seems the imp borrowed Hulgyr's socks when i rolled the dice....

*Ally shivers involuntarily and backs away, though she mentally chides herself for it, but there is no helping the response of her body.*

"Y...you...you d...don't scare me, fiend," Ally tries to present a strong front, "J...just open the door. I'm sure that alone entraps us in your vile scheme. W...we have nothing for you."

"Oh please. I know all your weaknesses intimately. Mordik here could kill you in a single stroke with his silver sword if he so chose," Aletheia's hatred for the creature remains readily apparent from her tone, far from her general kind and friendly demeanour towards, well just about everybody else, "Why don't you open the doorway? You know you want to open it anyway or you wouldn't make an offer. You're trying to win on both sides of the agreement, by gaining a boon for a task that secretly aids you. Oh, I know how your kind work."

(OOC: Yeah, she hates Lawful Evil outsiders a lot. Can you blame her?)

Mordik draws his silvered blade, and stands next to Quarion, he has no intention of threatening the imp, but every intention of attacking at a moments notice, if his party is attacked or the imp makes an offensive move. His thoughts underestimate the imp, I thought true evil'd be...bigger.

The imp nervously eyes Mordik with his silver blade while he adresses Quarion with an impatient tone "I'll open it, yes, but as i explained, i need a little offering of you in return. If it isn't wordt a small gift to gain entrance, suit it yourself."

*Like a shark to blood, when the imp shows its fear of the blade, Ally shakes off the intimidation and returns to a more confident stance.*

"You had your offering, so now open the way. That you offered to open it proves that it serves your own interest. There are two ways I can see this ending. One of them involves us down there. In the other one, your corrupt Lawful blight is wiped off the face of this world forever. If he goes first, one strike from the sword would be all it takes. It seems to me that the first option is the better one for you, isn't it? I'm about fed up enough with your abject greed and demands to receive yet more to just move on to option two."
