I think that anyone who wants to run, or play in, a non-D20 game won't come here first.

I imagine that they'll either try a general site like RPGNet or try a site specific to the system. I'm prepared to be proved wrong however. Similar to the reason why RPGNet doesn't seem to have many 3/3.5E games - people know this place exists.

Are you going to make Cyberpunk a genre or a system? Or both?

Talking in generalities is usually a bad idea…

We have a few non-d20 games already, we have a rather large PbP community I think it’s a tad silly to believe that all of them, maybe even half of them, have no desire to play something out than d20. (Besides ENworld has always been friendly to non-d20 games in PbP, the moderator I replaced often played, or tired to play in Decipher’s LotR game.)

I'm not doing genres, at least for right now, but I suspect that won’t change.

No I'm not saying that at all; I'm just saying that I don't think the average casual gamer looking to play a non-D20 game will start looking for players on a D20 orientated site. They might come here eventually, but they won't start their search here.

People who are here already and want to play a non-D20 game will be more likely to start one here rather than elsewhere.

Both added and Shadowrun uses a unique rule set that's been changed for each version. (from what I've been able to find) I guess 4th edition is to come out soon.
