Buffy - Warren Gets Superstrength Episode (BBC2 8th May)

Tara's been shot? That would explain why I haven't seen much of her on Sky.

It's no good I'm going to have to get the DVD's. With it one Sky, BBC Two and them both repeating different series and showing them at all sorts of odd hours of the day, I don't know if I'm coming or going when I manage to catch an episode.

Speaking of Tara...

Dude! What does your sig mean, anyway?

It's the first part of the conversation I had with Amber Benson when I met her. My friend cracked a joke about making sure I behaved when I went up to meet her and she noticed me laughing a bit, hence her "Did I do something bad?" My last line, the "Not yet" was said somewhat mischeviously, but that's hard to translate to text.

Amber is an amazing person to meet - funny, nice, sweet, and quite beautiful. I met her at a convention in Toronto, and she remembered everyone's name the whole weekend... and even went so far as to give me my first real nickname (The Giggler - thanks to the afore-mentioned joke upon meeting her), although only a few of my friends still call me by it.

Alas, her character on Buffy is no more, but a lot of her other roles are quite good as well (although I'm still waiting for an opportunity to see Chance - a movie she wrote, directed, and produced on her own, starring many of her friends from the Buffy/Angel franchises including James Marsters, Andy Hallett, and Nick Brendon's wife.
