Can you wield two implements?

you can hold two items but to gain a power you must activly use it as part of a power

the powers only have the keyword implement not implements so only one may be used

"Many arcane spells are more effective when used in conjunction with an implement—a wizard’s staff, orb, or wand"

note the or wand, which means either staff or orb or wand

I think RAI would be that a staff can be used one handed with a power, most wizards point at a target with the end of the staff not twirl it around them

to use it in melee it become two handed
