Ceramic DM is a competition where the victi^H^H^H participants are presented with a group of unrelated images. If they successfully make their SAN checks, they put together a short d20 adventure substantially including the images.

If I recall aright, it needn't be D&D, just d20, but then my SAN is pretty close to zero.
