Ugulu[sblock]The chronotyryn knows that PrimX is a chaos dragon, a chaotic extraplanar dragon. It knows PrimX's dragon traits, that it has a random energy breath weapon as well as a confusion breath weapon, and that it has DR 20/magic and DR 5/law.[/sblock]Evilhalfling[sblock]PrimX knows that his opponent is a chronotyryn, a large extraplanar magical beast. He knows its magical beast traits, that it has spell-like abilities, three of which are feeblemind, time stop, plane shift. He also knows that it is very resistant to acid and cold, and that it has Spell Resistance that PrimX could not penetrate.[/sblock]

Rolex the Mighty appears at 75n45e. He resembles a "large" bird with scaly-skinned arms sprouting just under it's wings and also perhaps a gargoyle with dark, dusky, adamantine-colored feathers.

Rolex will defensively drop a Cloudkill at 100n60e (intention is center of the VZ), give PrimX a withering glare, then cast again.[sblock]Time Stop.

Mod Q's: Iron Body stops respiration and all things affecting physiology - ipso facto gas does not affect a creature so protected? Also: weight x8, but nothing about movement - can he still fly normally?

Notes fer moi:
At will: Blink, Feeblemind, Tele w/o Error
Remaining SLA's: Time Stop x2 Displacement x3, Iron Body, Plane Shift, Temporal Stasis
Remaining Spells: 6/8/8/8/8/6/4
Buffs to pile-up:
Imp. Inv
Displacement
Bear's Endurance
Shield
Cat's Grace
Expeditious Retreat

*reads posts*
did I get my readied breath? oh just outa range, bother.
Can PrimX will squeeze out of the cloud and get withing range, while staying in the VZ?
He is not expecting the Watcher to hit him, he can take whatever squeezing penalties show up.

I don't see how Rolex could possibly be out of range, so PrimX gets the readied breath.

Rolex:[sblock]You are confused (28 Will save). Iron body would have prevented the inhalation of the gas, but it is too late now. You want to attack PrimX with a melee or ranged weapon (note that ray spells are ranged weapons).[/sblock]

PrimX:[sblock]You can breathe again in round 566.[/sblock]

Rolex's turn in round 563.

I think this may be the point I ask for a total reset to CR1 and start over.

Massive spell-resistance
Great damage reduction
Super energy resistance
Mediocre to good abilities
Will save of a mid-level wizard

Achilles heel?

Rolex will try to disintegrate PrimX.[sblock]

Round 563 (continued)

The thin green ray hits PrimX (29 ranged touch) but does not affect (27 CL check) the dragon.

Evilhalfling[sblock]PrimX's Sense Motive is telling him that Rolex is acting under an enchantment effect.[/sblock]
