Challenge Accepted!

So in my brief stay here I have encountered new and strange ways of being and in many ways feel like I am not hitting home with a lot of people.

And when I decide to do marketing I will tell everyone all about that.

That will be part of the kickstarter. I am not here for marketing as much as I am community building.

If all you're doing is discussing the game you're going to sell, then you are marketing your game. If you come and knock on my door, and you say, "Look, I'm a vacuum salesman, but I'm not trying to sell you this vacuum cleaner right now. But let's talk about this vacuum cleaner, build some community around it..." nobody is going to believe you aren't trying to sell the vacuum cleaner.

You want to hit home with folks? Don't start by setting up to sell your game. You want to build community? Become part of the community. We have tons of discussions here in which folks could see how you think and if they like your style without ever mentioning this game you cannot even show us.

There is no role-playing game that supports Beyonce on a team with Swamp Thing. Well, maybe Paranoia.

The Cortex-based Marvel Super Heroic Roleplaying game can support that.
I'm more concerned about Beyonce's mental state upon encountering Swamp Thing . . .

You could totally do them in It Came from the Late, Late Show.
. . . but this sounds just about right.

I'm stuck on how one applies 200+ pounds of pressure to another's head without making that head explode. The RPG that simulates exploding heads sounds cool.

But I digress.

Which cons did you run your game at? How many players joined? What kind of playtesting are you doing?

It would be helpful if you went into more detail about rules and character creation. As someone said, can we see a completed character?

From my perspective your game currently looks a lot like Rifts on steroids. But I have very little to go on.

Even the vacuum cleaner salesman brings out the vacuum to look at and show you how well it works, rather than just tell about how cool it is...
