That's what they said about the 2000 elections as well, but it didn't hold up in court, either.

I don't believe that for a second.
If anything, I suspect Freeport got more votes than it should have, because I find it just as likely that some Planescape fans voted the wrong way, and there were way more people voting for Planescape.
A new poll would just crush Freeport even more.
