yes. do something fun and flavorful. You have passed the test. You survived! You seem to be very survivable...

I doubt opitimization is much of an issue any longer. I would go with something that simply sounds cool. Barring that, you could get more hit points with con to 20 or toughness. Then you are a juggernaut.
