Cleric/wizard spontaneously dropping arcane spells for cures?

Can a cleric/wizard drop wizard spells to spontaneously cast cure spells?

Well, it's not like the Cleric isn't powerful enough. I would say no. You can't convert arcane energy into divine blesings from your god. I would consider allowing a Cleric/Paladin the chance to convert Paladin spells, but even then I would only do that as a campaign specific ruling.

No. From the SRD, "Classes: Multiclass Characters"

Spells: The character gains spells from all of his or her spellcasting classes and keeps a separate spell list for each class. If a spell’s effect is based on the class level of the caster, the player must keep track of which class’s spell list the character is casting the spell from.

Rules for how a cleric can use his spells (like spontaneous cures) are always specific to the cleric spell list only. They are separate spell lists.

Well, it's similar. Spontenous Healer from the Complete Divine lets you swap a spell for a Cure, but I don't think it's designed for Clerics. It lets Wizards and Druids and such to cast Cure.

One of the prerequisites for that feat is the ability to vast cure wounds spells.

So that means no wizard can use it.
It is meant for Druids and Bards

Bards?

Sounds to me it was meant for (1) Druids, (2) evil Clerics, (3) neutral Clerics who channel negative energy, (4) Paladins, (5) Rangers and (6) some PrCl with its own spellcasting eventually.

But I don't have CDiv so I cannot check the feat.
