Cocktails

Better makes sense. With ideal it would be "more ideal" or "less ideal", but those have opposite meanings. Or if you meant fee foam is actually ideal (perfect; the best possible) then something like "Fee Foam is ideal, as opposed to using an egg white where you have a yolk left over."

Appreciate the clarification!
Sorry, that was what I meant to convey. Egg whites are fine for cocktails but using actual whole eggs does end up with waste. Boxed egg whites or aquafaba just seems more convenient, particularly when it’s not a taste thing that you’re aiming for - it’s a particular consistency that you’re trying to achieve.

Totes!

For me, the extra yolk is no big deal because I make an omelette or scrambled eggs nearly every morning. An extra yolk or two just go right in and make them extra rich. But if I were making drinks with foam more regularly I'd probably switch over too, just for convenience.

Made myself a Final Ward today which is a Last Word cocktail but sub in lemon for the lime, and bourbon/rye for the gin.

My initial reaction was it’s like a better Lemon Drop! 10/10 - would make again!

This literally just popped up on my radar.

I’ve never had anything like it, and it interests me. But I’m not likely to try it anytime soon.

Yeah, I'm definitely a fan of this one. Much more complex and spicy (I use rye) than a lemon drop, but still with some sweetness.
