D&D 5E (2024) Collage of Dance Reveal

3-6-14 feels fairly normal. As @UngeheuerLich points out, magical secrets at 10 can act to support your subclass so seeing it as 3-6-10-14 is not so bad.

The Rogue gets 3-9-13-17
The Warlock 1-6-10-14
The Fighter is 3-7-10-15-18
The Wizard 2-6-10-14
Same for the Druid, 2-6-10-14
The Sorcerer is 1-6-14-18, now THAT is bad.

Maybe they can finally give us a use for Performance.
everything should have been:
1-3-6-10-14

but we couldn't have that because "muh backwa compatibilitah"

Yeah and I bet people would have complained that every class was the same or something...
My causal reminder that avoiding homogeneous design often means there will be winners and losers. And that is fine as long as you are willing to accept some options that will have clear advantages over others. In this case, some classes get their subclasses at well spaced intervals all in the middle levels and some will get fewer features or at levels that rarely see play.

Is there clarification? Will the Dance Bard be able to cast spells with only Somatic, without traipsing around music instrument?

I'd say 1-3-6-10-14-18, but otherwise agree.

So much interesting design space available if subclasses had been portable between classes.
The 4-level tier rhythm would be the following schedule for subclass features: 2, 6, 10, 14, 18

This implies a subclass feature could be obtained before level 1, as a background feat or background design space for combat.

I'd say 1-3-6-10-14-18, but otherwise agree.

I would remove 18th level, no need, honestly everything "new" after 13/14th level should be gained sooner.
later features should just be improvement of already gained or more uses.

Yeah, this. As she says in the video Ginny Di is a bard, a social entertainer who should be accorded the same respect of a screen actor or singer regardless of the medium she has chosen to utilise. Kudos to her for finding a way to monetise her cosplay and geek cred.
Anyway Patreon reports that she earns up to 14k per month from that platform. Not megabucks be respectable and fair compensation for the scripting, editing and production she does put in.
As a point of order: that's "1K to 14K" per month. She has about 1,400 paying patreons. When I look at her Patreon, it shows me donation levels in my local currency, but I guess they translate to about $3, $7, and $18 (or maybe $5, $10, and $20 and there's some funky rounding going on with the currency conversion). So I guess it's closer to $7K, minus Patreon's cut. Then consider expenses, like creating and/or buying all those cosplays, fancy cameras and microphones, and so on. Of course, you'll also have to add in income from merch and sponsors and such, but all taken together it doesn't seem like she's making huge bank on it. I mean, yes, it's a good living, but we're not talking investment banker money.
